I managed to pair a second remote to both my Stream 4K units by 1) factory resetting one of the remotes 2) Going through the add remote menu but when I did that I put both remotes in front of the Stream 4k unit. By doing this I think one of the remotes then ends up in RF mode (yellow flashing lights).If that does not solve the problem, try re-pairing the remote with the TiVo device: Press and holding the TiVo button and BACK buttons simultaneously until the activity light illuminates.
