Hello buddies. I love Stellaris but I am still a noob. Now I am totally surrounded by empires, and i cant get out without a total war. I have tried different things. Border access for for civilians, alliance, non aggressive pledge. Nothing works. I am sure I have missed something obvious. So now I am locked inside- surrounded. Can anyone help.
