Fence foundations -> place gateway -> place walls in gateway to the desired height, make sure the walls to either side are also that height -> delete walls inside the gateway -> place gate door. I have a big warehouse, stone foundation, dimension is 10x16 ..and I'm trying to snap that damn gate to the 10x side.. it just doesn't work, even if I place a fence-foundation on both sides, it doesn't snap anywhere! Please don't tell me, I have to demolish whole warehouse and start with that freaking gate -_-
