Got mine from Japan on eBay and that seems to be the average going price. Add maybe $20 for the dock and I dunno.... perhaps $50 for the joy-cons also depending on condition/drifting. Picked my unpatched switch up for 140 and came with jig already from eBay, already given that it was banned though, got another for 170 banned and another one I payed 270 for a bundle with the unpatched switch unbanned. It really is just a matter of looking you have to be consistent if your looking for an unpatched one at a good price.

Updating your sysnand with cfw (atmosphere) running will update the firmware normally without removing AutoRMC, if AutoRMC is not removed, fuses won't be burn either (not that it matters in an unpatched switch unless you want to downgrade).
