The battery performance might have decreased since it cannot deliver 100% torque to the wheels. This issue arises when high-voltage battery cells fail or are damaged during driving. Stop and put it in Mountain Mode for 5-10 minutes and this should resolve the issue. I would also recommend that you stay in mountain mode the remainder of your trip.
