Best is subjective, the actual best thralls are rare, Sonja the Strider, beast tamer Frida etc but are hard to get since they only come from certain purges. In general RHTS are the best for agility and Cimmerian Berserkers are the best for Strength, you can use RHTS for strength but you’re wasting that 20 starting agility.
