I would recommend Sunhelm without cold and frostfall + frostfall seasons of you are using seasons of Skyrim. ENB not caching shaders. I am using MO2 and the latest ENB, and I have enabled the shader cache option in NVIDIA control panel and in enblocal.ini. However, every time I boot up Skyrim SE the shaders are recompiled.
