Rrecs is simply a more accurate method of determining a routes evaluation because it uses every days numbers and not a 2 week manipulated snapshot. The time standards are much more in our favor as well. ( I realize time standards are debatable and it’s been discussed ad nauseam here).Standard hours aren't the same as eval hours.
