the plot of payday 3 is that a bunch of the former contractors and heisters went missing, such as vlad and locke, and the main 4 heister's offshore accounts got wiped and so they have to return to heisting to make money and they gotta figure out who did this and where all the missing people areSome of my achievements are unlocking with a delay. Did all the lockboxes 2 or 3 times before it popped (after restarting the game, while in main menu. I did 3 heists before the mask popped lol. Same issue on Xbox- sometimes achievements get stuck in early access until the game releases and other times they get stuck.

Personal opinion, there is literally no incentive to do any heist other than road rage. You can beat road rage in less than 10 minutes easily and walk away with 500-600k on normal.
