Recent customer to Progressive. Their sales person told me that if I sign up for SnapShot that my insurance would go down. She said " I have never seen a situation where someone’s insurance has actually gone up". All but guaranteeing that my insurance would go down. It went up significantly because of the Snapshot lie.
