a powerlifting meet and an Iron Distance Triathlon with only two week’s separation. I hit a 515 squat, 320 bench, and a 525 pull. My race time was 14 hours, 11 minutes. The most important thing to take away is that I trained for 7 months for an Ironman and a Powerlifting meet concurrently and did not sustain a single injury.First sprint tri - bad swim experience.
