Yes 100% dura guns should jam because ammunition is married to the gun. And they should keep the examining feature in game because it puts you under tremendous pressure which makes you panic or resort to training/muscle memory. I've never tried this but I have an idea for you if jams make you struggle.

I know scavs should be at a disadvantage, but it really sucks when I get jumped by a Pscav or a pmc and having my guns jam first or second shot. also aren't AKs known for reliability?
