I have some pretty bad input lag and REALLY bad dropped inputs for vanilla ds2, I might try windowed but I somehow doubt that will fix it. Honestly, I think the game was just made poorly in that respect. If this many people are reporting the same issue with seemingly no reliable fix, then its probably the game.
