Hughesnet system control center not working

Anyway, I now have internet connectivity but I'm unable to get to the system control center at 192.168..1 from any device on our network (I was using two different Android devices with Dolphin browser). I can, however, get to the wifi settings page at 192.168.42.1. If I do connect to the built in wifi I can access the control center..

Recently, the 2 middle lights on the Multipath Device start to flash quickly. This happens maybe every 10 or 15 minutes. The top light which indicates power, and the bottom light which indicates Satellite Modem connection stay solid. But the two middle lights showing system and signal begin to blink. Our internet activity becomes unresponsive.I unplugged it and plugged it back it and then tried the new password. I'm not totally sure the new version will overwrite/automatically uninstall the old one since the name changed, so always good to uninstall the old one to avoid a version conflict. Hope this helps.
