Yeah, power projection is listed as .58 of your 4.08 Influence gain. That is about 1/8th or ~13% of your Influence coming from power projection. The top bar may round to 1 decimal point, but I think the actual amount made can be 3.5 or 4.08 or whatever decimal value. .
