Pro tip: you can fix your character's short-sightedness with glasses but you cannot fix your own short-sightedness with glasses. Cant be short-sighted when im blind.

I barely notice any difference between a run with or without short sighted other than the free points it provides. However, I think there's a fun way to rework the perk to make it impact the gameplay more. Does short sighted really just affect foraging radius? With the one mod that does better trait descriptions it stats “Smaller (same) view distance. Slower visibility fade (50% slower).”. Then it does a separating thing that makes it seem different from the base debuff and then says -2 search radius.
