Jan 9, 2015 · If that is the correct carb, then there ain't no HS adj. It has a fixed main jet. The only adj. is in the top center of the rotor. It controls the needle depth for mainly LS and mid. I personally have only had to mess with that adj a couple of times. Could be the carb is not pumpin/gettin fuel for whatever reason.
