quisquous commented on Feb 3, 2018. I've found that other plugins can really lag ACT. If you're running enmity plugin with everything turned on, all raba triggers will lag. You could try adding ACT Custom Triggers and see if it's ACT vs cactbot, but I suspect it's everything together that's slow. Biggest problem I had was that ACT needs to be allowed through the firewall. Add an exception by application and find the ACT exe. (there's several in the directory, I don't remember which, so try them one by one until you find it) Thank you!
The ACT hp bars don't, though. The only other difference I can tell between borderless and fullscreen is that I get about 10% higher fps in fullscreen. I have very limited knowledge with this, but from what I understand if you're using the ffxiv act websocket plugin to get an overlay, it won't work in full screen.u/MasterPyro46. • 1 yr. ago. I tried reinstalling, restarting the game and my pc, readding the plugins, repairing the firewall rule and whenever i test the game connection it passes with success yet it still doesn't display the dps. 10 4. The plugin has to be manually updated by the developer, and that usually takes a couple days. ACT breaks every time theres a game update. just wait for it to get updated. So at some point I updated Windows and my ACT overlay was no longer showing up in fullscreen mode. I don't have a second monitor (or a laptop good enough to run in windowed mode) but I managed to find a quick fix.
