I bought the carb from someone else and rebuilt it. I timed the engine to 10*BTDC on the intake stroke. The 304 is from a 72 cj5 that was crazy to wild. The 360 that was in the cj5 jumped time and the transmission broke. We rebuilt the t176 trans and are going to install the 304 but have had a terible time trying to find out how to hook up the newer alt.
