Pentair screenlogic app not working.
In the app under "features" is where I can manually turn on the spa jets, waterfall, pool light, spa light, spillway and the cleaner. When I toggle on any of those items manually, they all work fine. Under the "schedule" tab, the pool pump is set to run from 8 to 4pm every day and the cleaner runs from 11 to 3 pm.

When I flip a toggle in ScreenLogic (ie, turn on or off a "Feature" assignment or select a "Pump" option), the change shows in the SL app for 10 seconds. When you click "Start Screenlogic" on the opening page of the software you'll get to timers, lights, etc. If you click the "Options" box - you'll see "Configure Screenlogic" - that is the good stuff like pump RPM's, actual setup ...Alexa integrates well with unit, you have to say “Alexa Open Pentair Pool,” then afterwards say the command “what is temperature” or “turn on spa” I gave 4 stars for Alexa integration, because you you have to do two separate commands for it to work. “Alexa, ask/tell Pentair to turn on Spa” does not work as advertised.
Baton Rouge, LA. May 13, 2017. #1. I just finished installing my new solar heater ( installation post here ), but I'm having trouble getting it actually set up through Screen Logic. Here's what I've done so far: 1. Connected the 3-way valve actuator to "Valve A" port on the controller. I also moved my slide valve actuator to "Valve B".My mobile app worked just fine for nearly a year and it randomly stopped connecting to my Pentair Easytouch. I tried rebooting the internet, unplugging/replugging the Screenlogic adaptor and everything seems to be ok. I checked the wireless address in the Easytouch settings and the password is set to "No."We have a pool with all Pentair equipment including a mastertemp 400 heater. Everything used to work perfectly. Now, when using our Screenlogic app, I can make the pool pump and spa function turn on an off as well as activate our waterfall features. However, when I turn on the heater from the phone app, nothing happens.
Jun 1, 2022 · First, I didn't known there was yet an seconds app for Pentair..the config app. Again, I'm a newbie on this stuff and I'm sure you view knew this. I'm always a short surprised once there is need for 2 apps instead of consolidating aforementioned features to one app, but I'm guessing there is a justification for that.
I have four separate light circuits, an EasyTouch 8 Panel, and ScreenLogic iPhone app/interface.
