For some reason its scaling letters are misleading - it has like 50 more damage with 20dex/60arcane as opposed to 60dex/20arcane even though it has C dex and D arcane. Rivers of blood is my main just because of the damage. Pole blade for speed. Both have nice AoE. Rivers for pure DPS on bosses. Pole blade for staggering mobs. Nora's is fun and the weapon art does crazy posture damage/bleed but sometimes misses vital parts of the combo if the enemy moves much.
