Gonna disagree on that one, this is a hyper consistent Exotic 140rpm for controller users, Ace and Lumina have 55 Stability and kick like a mule, Thorn has 60 which is a bit better but still agressively kicks however the defualt roll for Hawkmoon has 76 Stability which feels like the sweet spot for consistency.Hawkmoon is one of my favorite Hand Cannons in Destiny 2.
