We just returned from a week in Tulum. We didn't stay at Be Tukum but at Tita Tulum. We also spent a great deal of time at several beach bars and restaurants along the Tulum beach. My wife and daughter were topless most of the week. As were many other women. No one seemed bothered by it at all.In our opinion, the best time to go to Tulum is during the shoulder months of April, May, November, and December.
