not all guns in a category are going to be good, in fact you need to have tiers of guns in a game it is just kinda how things work in games that said, it would be nice if a distinctively Fallout gun like the 10mm smg weren't as pretty much useless as it is, let the 45 Tommy Gun smg be the bad SMG and let the 10mm smg be the handmade of SMGs.
