Jul 2014. I was staying at the Hampton and was in need of a gym. Luckily this was right next door, probably about a one minute walk. This gym is fantastic! The staff was extremely friendly. There are dozens of cardio equipment, plenty of free weights, as well as machines. A nice indoor pool is on the first floor as well as a sauna an steam room.
